We discuss how assets affect your business and identify those assets which are health and safety-critical and those which are business-critical, and or both.

We ensure you are aware of any assets which require statutory maintenance, where the failure of such assets should it cause an injury would lead to a prosecution, likely fine & the possibility of a custodial sentence. We then check the present maintenance regimes to ensure all statutory duties are being met.

We survey your site and carry out a condition survey of all your assets, we record all your assets, and analyse the failure rates of your assets and how these failures affect your operation, where possible including the cost of these failures.

We add all your assets to a Master Document, which allows a record of all maintenance to be made. We can set up this Master Document for our clients to operate. We can also keep your Master Document up to date for you, with weekly or monthly reporting as required.

We assess your maintenance requirements and compare these to what maintenance is presently carried out. This allows us to identify where current maintenance is ineffective and where a change in your maintenance can save you money on operational costs. We analyse the cost-effectiveness of any maintenance changes and maximise the effect of statutory maintenance on the business operation.

We are also an experienced maintenance contractor with the experience to assess all your assets, with help from the manufacturer's information and using the bathtub curve principle, to estimate the operational life expectancy of each critical asset. We can then create an asset replacement programme which minimises equipment downtime and reduces the risk of “end of life” failures to the business.
