Laycotech can provide your business with a set of safety procedures and safe systems of work for all electrical or site-based activities.
This service is aimed at businesses who do not work in the electrical, or construction industries but regularly, or occasionally need to carry out electrical work on their site. Or who carry out small construction/installation projects on their site or across their business.
Laycotech can provide Specific Risk Assessments, Method Statements and “Tool Box Talks”.
CDM Management & Consultation
Where you need help with the design and construction management regulations, we offer:
- Advice and assistance for clients with their duties and responsibilities under the CDM regulations.
- Notification of projects to the HSE.
- Identify and collate pre-construction or demolition information to be passed onto the main contractor which is required by the CDM regulations.
- Prepare and keep up to date the health and safety file in accordance with the CDM regulations, and issue at the end of the project.
- Coordinate the health and safety aspects of the design in accordance with the CDM regulations.
- Liaise with the principal contractor regarding design, and facilitate good communications between the client, their designers and contractors.
NEC Supervision
Laycotech can provide you with an NEC supervisor for any construction/installation project using either an NEC 3 or NEC 4 contract.
